Q. How do you collect Special resources such as Sulphur, Marble, Crystal Glass and Wine.
A. In order to collect special resources you must first research (wealth) in the economy section of research.
Q. How do you increase your productivity in your town?
A.
Expand your Town Hall - by generating more citizens you can assign a greater number of workers to collect more resources.
Buildings such as: Winery (Wine), Glassblower (Crystal Glass), Forester's House (Building Material), Stonemason's (Marble) and Alchemist's Tower (Sulphur) will increase your % of resource gathering for each resource.
Q. How do you increase the citizen satisfaction level in your town?
A.
Build Tavens (Research wine Culture), allows you to supply wine to your citizens in your towns - each expansion level allows you to supply more wine.
Build Museums - (Research Cultural Exchange), remember you have to enter into a cultural goods treaty with another player. As soon as the treaty is signed you can determine how many cultural goods should be exhibited. Each expansion level of the museum allows you another exhibit, with that a higher bonus of satisfaction.
Q. How do you build a new Colony on another Island?
A. Firstly you should research (Wealth & Expansion), in order to build a new Colony you will need 9,000 gold, 1,250 building material and 40 free citizens.
Q. Why should you expand your trading port in your town?
A. Every level of expansion increases the amount of resources that can be loaded and unloaded, therefore decreasing the time taken to load and unloaded resources. This is important when trading with players far away from you. You can have a total of 160 trading ships in the game.
Q. How can you improve your Military Units offence and Defence points?
A. By building the (Workshop) you are able to upgrade your troops and ships. Every level of expansion alows you to get more improvements. You will need a vast amount of Crystal Glass to research each improvement.
Q. How can you spy on your enemies?
A. Firstly you will neeed to build a (hideout). Every level of expansion alows you to train another spy. You can then select a spy to go on a mission and spy on an enemy. By doing this you can; spy out warhouse and observe your enemies resources, spy out garrison to find out how many troops thay have, spy out tarding port to observe trading partners, spy out treasure chamber to find how much gold they have and spy out shipyard to find out the size of your enemies fleet. Each mission increases the risk of your spy being discovered and being killed.
Q. Why do you get a small amount of loot when you attack another player?
A. This will because the player will have a high level (Warehouse). Each level of expansion provieds + 80 capacity of resources that are protected.
Q. How can you Occupy another players town?
A. In order to Occupy another players town you must first research (Governor) in the Military setion of research. You can then pillage another town, but also use and manage it. You can then use the wealth of others for your own gain and let your towns rise up from the wealth of your enemies resources.
